Hi, I'm Julie.
If you've ever felt like your energy isn't what it used to be, or the advice about nutrition and healthy living feels overwhelming and contradictory, you're not alone. I've been there.
Earlier in my life I had plenty of energy and rarely thought much about how I was living. I worked hard, stayed active, and simply assumed that feeling tired sometimes was just part of life.
But as the years went on, things slowly started to change. My energy dropped. My weight increased. And when I started looking for answers, I found myself drowning in conflicting advice.
Should I eat low fat? High fat? Low carb? Vegan? Paleo?
Which routines actually work, and which ones are just noise?
At one point I remember walking into a vitamin store, feeling so overwhelmed that I walked right back out again.
That experience changed the way I thought about health.
I realized the real problem wasn't motivation. It was that I'd been looking for a quick fix in a world full of noise. What I actually needed was a thoughtful, sustainable approach that fit my life.
Over time, I learned that small, consistent habits — the way you eat, move, sleep, and handle stress — matter more than any single trend. Once I stopped chasing the latest diet and started focusing on simple daily routines I could actually keep, everything began to shift.
Today, as a Certified Health Coach, I help clients do the same.
I work with people one-on-one to understand where they are, what they want, and what's realistic for their life. Together we build a simple plan — practical routines, better food choices, and habits that stick.
My philosophy is simple: start small, stay consistent, and build a healthier life you can actually keep.
When your daily routines support you, everything else gets easier. You have more energy. You feel more like yourself. You stop fighting your life and start enjoying it.
